MyCiTi plans to introduce two new stops in Khayelitsha following an investigation into requests from residents and passengers to make it easier and safer to catch the bus.

Temporary, moveable poles will be used initially to test and confirm that the stops are located in the safest and most convenient locations before permanent stops are built.

In terms of section 17 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, you can comment or object to the proposed location of the stops until 30 August 2023.
