Passengers using an Absa OneTouch card to travel with MyCiTi must exchange it for a myconnect card before 28 February 2017.

If you do not exchange your card, it will no longer work from 1 March 2017 and you will need to pay R20 for a new myconnect card.

Exchange your OneTouch card and transfer value
• Complete a card replacement form from MyCiTi station kiosks or www.myciti.org.za.
• Take the completed form and your OneTouch card to the kiosks at Civic Centre (Zone 3), Table View or Atlantis stations to receive a new myconnect card and transfer any value.

Exchange your OneTouch card only
• Complete a card replacement form from MyCiTi station kiosks or www.myciti.org.za.
• Take the completed form and your OneTouch card to any station kiosk to receive a new myconnect card free of charge.
