Going places: New services, new opportunities

The 260, 261 and 262 routes launched in April make it even easier to access work and leisure opportunities from anywhere within the growing network.
These three new routes connect areas in and around Century City and Milnerton with the city via Albert Road in Salt River, and to the main route between Table View and Civic Centre.
The 261 Adderley – Salt River – Omuramba route brings the industrial and suburban areas along Koeberg Road into the MyCiTi network. This route passes schools and leisure destinations, especially along Albert Road, including the Old Biscuit Mill and Woodstock Exchange. It also conveniently connects with the Golden Acre bus and taxi terminus and the Cape Town rail station for easy transfers to other modes.
Route 260 Summer Greens – Woodbridge Island runs on Bosmansdam Road, Koeberg Road and Loxton Road to the Milnerton lighthouse. Passengers from Summer Greens can make an easy transfer to the T01 or X01 express route at Woodbridge station to access the city centre, or at Century Gate to enjoy everything on offer in Century City.
Route 262 Century Gate - Century City provides new and more convenient ways for travel in and around Century City. This new routes travels between the Bosmansdam Road entrance to Century City and links Central Park, Canal Walk, and the Century City rail station.
Together, these new services also offer more choice for travel to as far as Atlantis in the north and Hout Bay in the south.
