Is your myconnect card expiring in May 2020
The good news for passengers staying safe at home is that you don’t need to replace your expiring card just yet. You can replace your card at Civic Centre station once you are able to travel. You will still pay R22 to replace your card and Mover points will be transferred from your expired card to your new card for immediate use*.
If you need to travel during the lockdown, replace your card before it expires at any station kiosk. You pay R22 to replace your card and any Mover points and money loaded as Standard will be transferred to your new card for immediate use.
To replace your card before it expires, please print, complete and take the application form below to a station kiosk. Remember to wear a mask, stay 2 metres away from others, avoid touching your face and wash or sanitise your hands often, including before and after travelling and after you touch any common surfaces.
Complete this form before visiting a station kiosk to replace your card
