With the festive season fast approaching, MyCiTi wants to help you enjoy the holiday and get you to where you need to be safely.

Our buses will continue to operate from morning until evening, 7 days a week. Peak morning and afternoon services will be less frequent from 17 December until 5 January 2025.

Passengers can again look forward to late-night shopping at the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk while Atlantis residents can enjoy a special service to the Silwerstroomstrand beach and resort on some weekends and public holidays.

Canal Walk

6 – 23 December 2024

  • Route D08 – Last bus will depart Century City at 22:15
  • Route T03 – Last bus will depart Century City at 22:15

V&A Waterfront

13 – 30 December 2024

  • Route T01 – Last bus departs Waterfront station at 22:15
  • Route 214a – Last bus departs Table View station at 23:09

REDUCED WEEKDAY SERVICES

17 December 2024 – 5 January 2025

Weekday services will be reduced from 17 December until 5 January due to fewer passengers travelling to work.

  • Fewer buses will operate on routes T01, T02, T03, 109, 231 and 235.
  • Route D05 will not operate during this time.

SILWERSTROOMSTRAND HOLIDAY SERVICE

14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 December 2024

1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 January 2025

Route 247 will operate between Atlantis station and Silwerstroomstrand beach and resort serving the following stops along the way:

  • Arion, Charel Uys North, Montreal, Tsitsikamma, Atlantis Cemetery and Silverstream

Buses will depart from Atlantis station at 09:00 and 13:00 and return from Silwerstroomstrand at 09:30, 14:00 and 18:00.
