Check your balance at new information terminals

MyCiTi has introduced a new information terminal at most stations to allow commuters to conveniently check the balance on their myconnect cards.

With a single tap, there’s access to Standard and Mover point balances and any penalties owing - all without standing in a queue at the station kiosk.

Look out for the information terminals mounted opposite the station kiosk, allowing passengers to conveniently top up after checking their balance.

Other ways to check the balance on the card include at station kiosks and at any Absa ATM in the city, where you can also get a mini-statement and change your myconnect card PIN.
