Call to report MyCiTi vandalism

Mayoral Committee Member for Transport and Urban Development, Councillor Brett Herron, has appealed to members of the public and MyCiTi passengers to please report any incidents of theft and vandalism. “Our infrastructure is very costly and time-consuming to replace,” he said.

"My biggest concern is for the impact these crimes have on vulnerable commuters – especially women and children – who make use of the service at night or in the early morning hours,” he said.

Any incidents of vandalism can be reported to the 24-hour call centre on 0800 65 64 63.
