We regret that some stops do not reflect the latest bus timetables. We apologise for the inconvenience. Passengers are reminded to use the MyCiTi website or app for the latest bus times, or to call the Transport Information Centre on 0860 65 64 63.
Construction work to rebuild the Usasaza and Dunoon MyCiTi stations is planned to commence on 10 September 2024 and continue until November 2025. Both sites will be cordoned off and the dedicated MyCiTi lanes joining the two stations will be closed during this time. Passengers travelling on routes T01, T04, D05 and D08 are advised of possible delays during this time. Affected passengers are advised to factor in additional travel time, especially during the peak morning and afternoon periods.
The MyCiTi station being rebuilt on Omuramba Road near Joe Slovo will be named Freedom station. This follows a public participation process confirming support for the proposed name change from “Phoenix” to “Freedom”, and Council approval on 12 June 2024. Residents of Pioneer Valley can now easily connect with MyCiTi services from the new Hawking stop on Discovery Drive. Buses will travel through Parklands and on to Table View, where passengers can change to a number of routes serving other MyCiTi destinations

On 27 June, we’re adding new stops in Atlantis, Hout Bay and along Koeberg Road in response to requests from passengers. These changes make it easier to connect with MyCiTi and the use of temporary stops allows for these locations to be tested before building permanent stops.
