Monthly Pass reimbursement for recent bus strike

Monthly Pass passengers who were affected by the recent bus strike will be reimbursed for the number of days lost due to the strike.

These passengers are requested to print and complete the application form below, and to submit the completed form at one of the following station kiosks from 26 May to 4 June:

  • Atlantis
  • Civic Centre 
  • Table View
  • Adderley
  • Airport
  • Century City 
  • Melkbosstrand
  • Wood
  • Waterfront
  • Woodbridge
  • Mitchells Plain

Commuters must present their ID or another form of identification, as well as their myconnect card. The ID and myconnect numbers must be filled in on the reimbursement form for auditing and verification purposes.

To be reimbursed, passengers should wait 7 days from the date of application before visiting the station kiosk where the application was submitted.
