Accessing information on MyCiTi products and services is quick and easy. To meet the needs of all our passengers we make this information available through a number of ways – website, social media, pamphlets, brochures, posters and the 24/7 Transport Information Centre (TIC). We have even installed self-service info terminals at stations.

Using these info terminals you can check your balance on your myconnect card and get a statement. With a single tap, you’ll have access to Standard and Mover point balances and any penalties owing without standing in a queue at the station kiosk.

Remember that to access these services you will need to enter your pin, so keep this at hand. If you forget your pin, you can reset it at the Absa branches at Heerengracht, Gardens, V&A Waterfront or Table View during banking hours.

In addition to this, you can access information at selected station kiosks or any Absa ATM.
