Your myconnect card has a PIN which you use to load value. If, from 7 March 2017, you receive an error when loading value please choose a new PIN in order to load value again.

This is due to a recent system upgrade which will take effect on 7 March 2017, which affects a significant number of myconnect cards.

You can also choose to change your PIN before 7 March 2017. This can be done at station kiosks, retailers and Absa ATMs.
